  • What is the detailed procedure to book a taxi ?

     1. COMPLETE THE BOOKING FORM: You have to complete the BOOK a taxi Form to get an automated quoation on your screen. Please bear in mind that we require at least 48 hour notice in order to book a taxi for you. Make sure that the dates and times are correct and the arrival time is NOT the time the plane departures from your country.

    2. GIVE ALL YOUR DETAILS: You can continue to book the taxi giving all your details. If you have any questions you can email us at bookings@bookyourtaxis.com.

    3. PAY ONLINE ! : You have to pay online via Paypal. Your booking is confirmed and you get a reply from us.

    4. RECEIVE OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL: An email with the confirmation will be sent to you again via email. If for any reason you do not get a reply then the booking is not confirmed! Please contact us as soon as possible for any changes. If you do not send us anything we will assume that all details are correct. Please make sure that we have all your flight details and exact destination. When replying, do not delete/modify content of our previous correspondence. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

    5. MEET THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT: A taxi will be waiting for you at the airport, with the taxi driver waiting for you with a name board. If you have any problems finding the driver you can call our Emergency number at: +357 99561146. If you have a lost luggage and/or you see that it is getting you long to exit please either contact our driver who is waiting or call our offices. The driver will be holding a name board.

    6 . FLIGHT DELAY? NO PROBLEM: Even if the flight is delayed, the driver will be at the airport at the new time of arrival at no EXTRA cost. If you do know that your flight will be delayed, please inform us in any way.

    7. DEPARTURE TRANSFER: Upon departure, the driver will be at the meeting point 5 minutes prior the departure time.

  • Are there any extra charges on the calculated prices?

     No, there aren’t. The prices that appear on our web-site are final prices.

  • Where will I meet the driver?

  •  Can I get any confirmation of my reservation?

     Yes, you can. We will send you and email with your reservation facts, so you will have a justification of your reservation.

  •  What will happen if my flight is delayed?

     Don’t worry. For us it is not a problem. We control your flight by internet and by phone. Even if the flight is delayed, the driver will be at the airport at the new time of arrival at no EXTRA cost. If you do know that your flight will be delayed, please inform us in any way. If for any reason you do not receive a reply to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

  •  Are the prices per taxi or per person?

     All our prices are per taxi. We do not arrange for shared taxis.

  •  How can you modify a booking?

     You can always modify a booking by visiting the “Manage Your Booking” area. Just make sure you give us plenty of notice – at leat 48 hours. Please make sure that we have all your details. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems.

  •  How can you cancel a booking?

     You can always cancel a booking by visiting the “Manage Your Booking” area. Just make sure you give us plenty of notice – at leat 48 hours. Please make sure that we have all your details. If for any reason you do not receive a confirmation to your email from us within 24 hours, please email us to investigate any problems. You will receive refund in maximum 15 days.

  •  I am going to a villa. Is that a problem?

     There is no problem at all. We provide transportation to any place in the whole island. If you are going to a villa, we would like to have detailed directions /map on how to get there and/or the telephone number of the owner of the villa if they are in Cyprus.

  •  Do you provide transport to/from the North part of the island?

     We provide transportation to and from any place in the whole island.You have to complete the Quotation form to get a personalised quoation in your email. Please bear in mind that we usually require at least 48 hour notice in order to book a taxi for you but sometimes we are able to proceed late bookings so you can always try.

  •  I am interested about wedding transportation

     We provide transportation from your accommodation to the church or town hall and then to the reception or back to your accommodation. The wedding car will be a Mercedes and will be one of the following:1 , 2 , 3, We also offer a lot of decoration solutions. We can also arrange for the transportation of your guests with busses and mini busses.

  •  I am interested about wedding transportation
